General Terms

All international orders (outside of Israel) will be shipped via FedEx International Priority® or an equivalent service provider.  Should you wish to use different carrier please advise our support team.

Orders are usually shipped out within a few working days. However, part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability.  In this case one of our representatives will update you via email.

We do not guarantee delivery to, or process orders from, some countries. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@therm-app.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 Customs Duties and Taxes

Shipping costs are not landed costs. Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments received from outside your country.

Please check with your local customs office for detailed information.

We are not responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged. All custom clearance  procedure will be handled directly by the customer via either the shipper, or the customs office. In some circumstances the shipper might be required to pay certain duties and taxes in advance, on a customer’s behalf. For instance, FedEx may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, FedEx will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to you as the party designated to pay duties and taxes. We cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.

Therm-App is an approved product according to International Free Trade Agreements for the following countries:

Customs Value

We are required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
